Hi, I’m Rupert, co-founder of Blue Dragonfly Business Services.

I understand how challenging it is to run a business, the constant demands on your time, and the frustration of having clear ideas but not seeing consistent execution. I have worked in senior corporate roles as well as alongside owner-led businesses, so I understand both the pressure to deliver results and the reality of limited time and resource.

For many years, I have supported business leaders by helping them create clear, practical plans and then managing the delivery of those plans, so priorities stay focused, momentum is maintained, and the business moves forward measurably.
